Terms of Service

By using https://listwright.shop you agree to these terms.

  1. Service. Listwright provides AI-assisted listing writing, listing audits, backups ("Shop Vault"), policy pre-checks and appeal drafts for Etsy sellers. Listwright is not affiliated with Etsy, Inc. Etsy's own policies govern what you may list; our checks are guidance, not a guarantee that a listing complies or will rank.
  2. Your content and responsibility. You own what you upload and what we generate for you. You are responsible for reviewing generated text before publishing it, for the accuracy of claims about your products (materials, origin, how they are made), and for complying with Etsy's Creativity Standards and applicable law. Do not upload content you have no right to use.
  3. Connected Etsy shops. If you connect your shop, you authorize Listwright to read your listings and to create draft listings or update listings only when you click an action that does so. We never publish listings, change prices or shop settings on your behalf.
  4. Plans and credits. Free accounts receive a fixed number of credits. Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe and reset credits each billing period; unused credits do not roll over. Failed generations are refunded automatically. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case by case within 14 days of a charge.
  5. Acceptable use. No scraping beyond your own use of the service, no attempts to access other users' data, no use for listings that violate Etsy policies or law (counterfeits, prohibited items).
  6. Availability and changes. We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change features and prices with notice.
  7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for Etsy's decisions about your listings or shop.
  8. Termination. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
