Listwright ("we", "us") operates https://listwright.shop, a tool that helps Etsy sellers write, audit, back up and protect their listings. Listwright is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address (used for one-time sign-in links and service emails), plan, and credit balance.
- Content you give us: product photos, product facts, listing text, and Etsy violation notices you paste for an appeal. We store them so you can return to your work.
- Public Etsy data: when you run a Shop Audit or enable the Shop Vault we fetch the public, active listings of the shop you name through Etsy's Open API (titles, descriptions, tags, prices, image URLs and images). We never fetch private shop data without your explicit connection.
- Connected shop data (only if you connect your shop via Etsy OAuth): access tokens (encrypted at rest), shop id, shipping profiles and return policies, and the listings we create or update on your instruction.
- Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription ids, never card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs kept for security and abuse prevention (rate limiting).
How we use it
To provide the service (generate listing copy with an AI model, score listings, back up listings, draft appeals), to send you sign-in links and optional digests, to bill subscriptions, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your content to train AI models.
AI processing
Listing generation and some audit checks send your photos and text to Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic processes them under its commercial terms; they are not used to train its models.
Sharing
Service providers only: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI), our email provider (transactional email), and our hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs. We disclose data if required by law.
Retention
Listings, images, audits and vault snapshots stay while your account exists. Free audits not tied to an account are deleted after 30 days. You can delete your account from the Account page; we erase your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from the Account page or by emailing privacy@listwright.shop. EU/UK users have GDPR rights including complaint to a supervisory authority.
Cookies
One strictly necessary session cookie (lw_session). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
